Reaching Great Heights

We went to AmazinglyGreatHeights on our LastAdventure
One morning last week
We packed up Gramma and Bella, Auntie Judith and Zoë and headed to the Mountains
Our Colorado Rocky Mountains
Mt Evans, to be exact

Leaving home at about 8500 feet above sea level
Where Denver was to reach a high temperature of 95° F that afternoon
We rode (OurMoma drove)
to the top of Mt Evans
One of Colorado's 14ers (mountains higher than 14,000 feet above sea level)
Where the temperature was in the mid-40s F (and a WelcomeRelief)

(There's a road all the way to the top of Mt Evans ... which closes in about one week
Till next summer
'Cause of the weather ... snow is on the way)

Anyhow

We posed for a GazillionPictures

and

We listened to OurPeople oo and awwww
(and watched them grip their toes and close their eyes on some of the TightSteepNarrowCurves ...
Everybody but OurMoma)

The only way we knew to share it all
(and we really wanted to share it)
Is with a Smilebox

Hope you enjoy it

We sure enjoyed OurAdventure

See you soon!

We are pleased they brought you back and not a couple of mountain goats. We liked the little dude what ever it was, Good pose on the tree.Zoe does look cold and Gramma.
Little Charlie was like Zoe he shivered too, the fur is so thin.
Great day, Oh we are glad your mum did not shut her eyes.
