'Cause, predictably, it's taken a while for OurMoma to help us tell you about It

You'll already know all about this Story
anyhow
Since OurMoma has promised to get better about helping us blog
(and remember all our FunAdventures)
We're gonna go ahead and retell it here
(It's worth it ... it was GreatFun)
So
Here's the Story
We knew Something was up
(We're heard OurMoma talking and talking on the phone and checking and rechecking her calendar)
We waited
Patiently
(as usual)
Finally
The Day arrived and we were ready!
Our LongTimeFriend, Missy, came to Colorado
We had met Missy and Stevie and their NowAngelJustin in MerryLand
Back during our BigCrossCountryAdventure in July 2010

On the way home from the DenverInternationalAirport
Where we picked Missy up
We swung by and showed her one of her MostWantedPlaces to Visit
RedRocksAmphitheater
We've walked the steps before ... all the way to the Bottom and the Top again
but
ThisDay we just looked down from the Top
And watched all the People and TheirPups exercising
It didn't take long for us to remember Miss Missy
and
To start enjoying her Scritchies and Lovin'
She was a PushOver when it came time for BeggingForBreakfast
(What else are TwoHungryDogs to do?)
Life took on a PrettyFastPace for a couple of days
Our friend Miss Shawn (Winston and Chloe and Cecil's moma) came over
and we all enjoyed Time (and Food and Sunggles) on the Deck
(and more Scritchies and more Lovin' ... of course)
Life was ReallyReallyGood
Then
OurMoma left
(OurGirl had left before Miss Missy arrived)
We spent a LittleBit (but not TooMuch) Time watching out the door for her
but
Soon we understood
OurMoma had gone to spend time with HerMoma (OurGramma) and HerSister (OurAuntie)
in Florida
and
This time she took an airplane and we didn't ride with her
In the car on a LongLong(Hot)Roadtrip
We knew she was at the Beach
and
We remembered we're gonna get to go back there ThisWinter
(Or maybe sooner, if Gramma makes a BigMove)
(It's AwfulHot there during the summer for TwoLittleFurballs)
Thinking we might forget her (as if)
OurMoma sent us an OccasionalPicture
Enjoying a drinkie with OurAuntie (That's OurMoma)
Admiring the MostBeautiful and ElegantZoë
(AuntieJudith's pup)
Feeding ice cream to Gramma's Bella
(We will NOT forget that she owes us one!)
and
Visiting a MostAmazingBlueberryFarm
Where she and AuntieJudith picked tons of Blueberries
(Promising to bring some back for us)
Meanwhile
Back at the Ranch in Colorado
We made ourselves MoreThanComfortable with Missy
She fed us well
(Gotta remember to share some Recipes with OurMoma)
We helped her unpack Pressies that got delivered to OurFrontDoor
and
We celebrated Jake's 7th Birthday!
(Missy brought Pressies and a FoxieCard with a MostWonderfulMessage!)
It seemed like the Time flew by
and
Before we knew it
OurMoma was HOME!
(You know what that meant!)
She kept her word and brought us Blueberries
(Even though they were bit delayed
Since her luggage went to Dallas and Minneapolis before it finally arrived back in Colorado)
and
YUMMMM they were good!
Once OurMoma got back (and OurGirl was having fun at her MostExcitingSummerJob)
We all took Missy on a Trip up Mt Evans
(One of Colorado's 14ers, a mountain with an elevation over 14,000 feet ... with a road to the top)
Here we are close to Timberline
(Missy is holding on tight and gripping her toes!)
We got a VerySpecialTreat near the Top
Mountain Goats!
(They say there is a StrikingResemblance between Me and ThatDude)
Do you agree?
Anyhow
ThoseGoats put on Quite a Show for ThePeople
(UsDogs stayed in the car ... it was way too cold and windy for OurPreferences)
Watch and See!
TooSoon it came Time to tell MissMissy Goodbye
The time came that she needed to go back to MerryLand
but
Not before leaving some SpecialTreats to remind us of her Everyday
A Collection of HeartRocks that she gathered while she was in Colorado
Braided Tug (or, in Fergi's case ... Cuddle) Toys made of strips of her VeryOwnSweatshirts
and Some LovelySmellingCandles of her MostFavoriteFragrance
(One that will remind us all of her when we burn them in OurHome)
Having Missy here to take care of us while OurMoma and OurGirl were gone
Was WONDERFUL
We're 'specially happy, 'cause it seems MissMissy enjoyed it, as well
and
Maybe
Just
Maybe
There's gonna be MoreOpportunities in the Future
