pomp and circumstance

We are feeling very learned in this household.

And a bit tired.
Even the younger ones who live here are a bit tired.

We're told Our Girl's Graduation on Friday was fabulous
and we know first hand
the Celebration today on Saturday was amazing
(with us to preside over the kitchen counter
all was in good hands.
Plus we met some great new two-leggeds
and found ourselves to be quite the subject of admiration and conversation.)

But now?
It's time to rest.
Just for a couple of days
Until a new Adventure arises.

As well woo should be!

The graduation venue was INKHREDIBLE!

Mom shared it with The DN, Auntie Di, and some others -

And along with the sharing of THAT, she shared the special stories of WOO and The Nina Girl!

Thanks fur pawmitting us to be part of it!

It really was the most exciting time!
There was something so very special about a graduation in that wonderful red rock setting.
Like no other graduation we have ever experienced.
The webcam somehow managed to radiate the happiness of so many people gathered there across the globe.
Of course our mum was quite emotional as she remembered her own graduation experiences. It was strange how getting excited for Nina and you guys stirred up so many memories!
Good memories of happy times with special people - sadly some of them no longer here.
Goodness we don't mean this to be a sad post!!!!
We really enjoyed it - just trying to share with you how it touched our lives too.
Graduation card will be late but will arrive!
Love you lots

ps Don't let Eric get a whiff of this wheelies graduating - there will be no end to it!

Well, our Mom FORGOT to watch. Admittedly it was not the best day she ever had, but that is no excuse. She congratulates the Grad and we know y'all are all too pooped to pop. (Except your Nina girl...youth hardley ever gets tired. Mom remembers!)
